Each day, for 30 days, you will receive a simple journal prompt or exercise that will inspire you to seek new ways of revealing gratitude in your life.

To offer depth and clarity about the varying facets of our lives, the prompts are divided into topics: moments, spaces, relationships, and joy. This way, you will have approximately one week to explore and delve into each topic.

All prompts are designed to be simple. Set a timer for five minutes, journal your heart out, and that's it!

Remember, gratitude isn't supposed to make life more complicated! That's why this event is designed to encourage easy gratitude practices. You’ll be able to complete each journal prompt/exercise in five minutes or less.
