Sure, the holiday season is full of cheer. But, sometimes, it feels like everyone else is merry and bright, while you are just hanging on by a thread. As such, it feels next to impossible to squeeze in time for yourself.
Living intentionally and mindfully doesn't have to be just another thing to check off your holiday to-do list. Living with intention should enhance our lives, not make it more complicated!
And that's what we will discover, together, in 12 Days of Holiday Mindfulness. Each day, we will partake in daily practices that can help you stay balanced and mindful during this busy time of year.
